Growing up in the health-conscious, fitness-fanatic culture of Boulder, Colorado, from a young age, I developed an interest in how the human body works. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Integrative Physiology and my master’s degree in Creative Technology and Design. I have a passion for motion graphics and especially enjoy the challenge of using animation to communicate complex information in a simple, easy to understand way. I’m currently working at DaVita, where I've combined my fascination with physiology with my passion for motion graphics by creating educational animations for patients with kidney disease.

Since the second grade, I've been an avid jump roper. I competed at the national and international level for 13 years, performed at CU and Nuggets basketball half-times and Jump Rope for Heart demos, and taught numerous workshops and before/after school classes at elementary schools. I am the founder and creator of Skipping Skills, an instructional jump rope mobile application which strives to promote fitness, healthy lifestyles, and teamwork among aspiring athletes.
